In 2002, we planted 1250 olive trees of 5 varietals: Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Pendolino & Taggiasca. Having been in the culinary business for almost 40 years, we agreed that Tuscany's olive variety has the flavor combination suitable for cooking and seasoning. Through our selection of extra virgin and flavored olive oils, you will come to understand the difference.
